San Francisco and Marin Food Banks

The San Francisco-Marin Food Bank is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending hunger in San Francisco and Marin counties. Founded in 1987, the organization distributes millions of pounds of fresh food annually through neighborhood food pantries, home delivery programs, and partnerships with over 400 community agencies. Working to address both immediate food needs and root causes of hunger, the Food Bank serves more than 200,000 people and ensures that a significant portion of distributed food consists of fresh produce to support community health and nutrition.
