Walden Family Services

Walden Family Services is a private, nonprofit California corporation founded in 1976 that specializes in foster care, adoption, and transitional youth services across Southern California. The Encino office, located in the San Fernando Valley, serves as part of the organization's multi-county operation, providing specialized foster care placement, adoption services, community transition programs, and support for youth aging out of the foster care system. With more than 45 years of experience, Walden is known for working with challenging placements including large sibling groups and children with special health care needs, emotional and behavioral challenges, and developmental disabilities.
