Help Me Help You

Help Me Help You is a community-based food pantry organization serving Long Beach and surrounding areas since 2006. Operating through multiple Grocery Grab N' Go locations and a food pantry delivery program, the organization provides free nutritious groceries including fresh produce, proteins, grains, and dairy to individuals and families in need. In addition to food assistance, Help Me Help You offers support services including Medi-Cal enrollment assistance and public benefits application help, serving over 3,000 residents weekly across the region.
