The Dream Center

The Dream Center is a faith-based nonprofit organization in Los Angeles founded in 1994 by pastors Tommy and Matthew Barnett to serve individuals and families affected by homelessness, addiction, hunger, and poverty. The organization provides free programs and resources including transitional housing, outreach services, food assistance, clothing, and recovery programs, serving over 45,000 individuals and families monthly through both residential programs and community outreach across Los Angeles County. The Dream Center has become a cornerstone of community support in Los Angeles, extending its mission nationally through a network of over 80 affiliated Dream Centers and demonstrating commitment to emergency relief efforts during local crises.
