Heart of Compassion – Food Distribution

Heart of Compassion Distribution is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit food bank founded in 2003 to serve those in need in Montebello and throughout Los Angeles County. The organization provides free groceries and food assistance to seniors, veterans, single parents, unsheltered individuals, and the working poor, while also operating as a job training center and volunteer-driven community resource. As a master distributor, Heart of Compassion supplies food to food banks and homeless shelters across LA County, with a mission to alleviate food insecurity and restore hope to vulnerable populations.
