Inland Valley Hope Partners

Inland Valley Hope Partners is a nonprofit organization that has been serving the Inland Valley community since 1968, providing emergency food assistance, shelter, and supportive services to individuals and families in need. Operating multiple food pantries across Pomona, Ontario, Claremont, and San Dimas, the organization also runs the "Our House" emergency family residential shelter and the Pomona Valley Certified Farmers' Market, serving over 75,000 people annually throughout the east end of Los Angeles County and west end of San Bernardino County.
