Bay Area Rescue Mission

Established in 1965, Bay Area Rescue Mission is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Christian organization located at 200 Macdonald Avenue in Richmond, California, dedicated to fighting homelessness and providing comprehensive services to homeless and impoverished individuals and families throughout the Bay Area. The organization offers emergency shelter, meals, recovery programs, job skills training, spiritual counseling, education, transitional services, youth intervention, and mobile outreach, serving over 325 beds of emergency shelter daily and distributing thousands of meals annually to men, women, and children in need.
