River City Food Bank – St. Matthew’s

River City Food Bank at St. Matthew's is a distribution site of Sacramento's oldest continuously-serving food bank, which has been alleviating hunger in Sacramento County since 1968. The food bank provides healthy, nutritious food to anyone experiencing food insecurity, with a particular focus on serving refugees and families with children. As a nonprofit organization, it distributed more than 3.4 million pounds of food to over 327,000 people across Sacramento County in 2024.
