Hand Up Youth Food Pantry at JFS

Hand Up Youth Food Pantry at JFS is a nonprofit food assistance program operated by Jewish Family Service of San Diego that distributes food to individuals and families facing food insecurity throughout San Diego County. Led by a dynamic committee of teenagers, the pantry delivers supplemental food bags including canned goods and non-perishable items at multiple distribution sites, with case managers available on site to provide support and referrals toward self-sufficiency. The program serves everyone regardless of circumstances, including homeless individuals, struggling military families, and people of all ages.
