San Jose First Methodist Church – Open Pantry

San Jose First Methodist Church's Open Pantry program provides food assistance to families in need in downtown San Jose. Started in 2014, the pantry serves approximately 100 families weekly and works in partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank to distribute groceries to the community. As part of the United Methodist Church's mission, the pantry focuses on serving Hispanic and Latino residents while welcoming all individuals regardless of background.
