Food Bank Coalition South County

The Food Bank Coalition of San Luis Obispo County (also known as the SLO Food Bank) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves as the central food bank for San Luis Obispo County. Founded in 1989, it collects, sorts, and distributes food to individuals and families facing hunger through a network of partner agencies and direct distribution programs, with approximately 45,000 low-income county residents accessing its resources annually. The organization's mission is to work with community partners to alleviate hunger in San Luis Obispo County and build a healthier community.
