Toberman Neighborhood Center, Inc.

Toberman Neighborhood Center, Inc. is a nonprofit community-based organization in San Pedro founded in 1903 by James and Emma Toberman as a memorial to their son. The organization provides comprehensive services to Harbor Area families and individuals, including emergency food assistance, counseling, youth programs, substance abuse services, and utility bill assistance. Operating since 1937 at their current San Pedro location, Toberman has been serving the community for over a century with a mission to empower residents and break cycles of poverty.
