Sonoma Home Meals, also known as Meals on Wheels of Sonoma, is a nonprofit organization based in Sonoma, California that provides home-delivered meals to seniors and homebound residents. Since its establishment in 1985, the organization has operated entirely through dedicated volunteers who prepare and deliver meals, serving approximately 65 people daily without paid employees. The nonprofit remains a vital community resource, delivering thousands of meals annually to those unable to cook or shop for themselves.
