JFS/SOVA Community Food & Resource Program

JFS/SOVA Community Food & Resource Program is a hunger response initiative operated by Jewish Family Service LA that provides free fresh groceries, healthy foods, and essential personal care items to community members experiencing food insecurity. The West Hollywood location operates as a pop-up pantry at Plummer Park, specifically serving unhoused individuals while connecting them to supportive services through partnerships with Jewish Family Service LA and the City of West Hollywood. SOVA, which means "to eat and be satisfied" in Hebrew, is open to anyone regardless of background or faith and has distributed millions of pounds of food to over 25,000 people annually.
