Durango Food Bank

Durango Food Bank is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and La Plata County's emergency food assistance program dedicated to feeding neighbors in need and combating food insecurity throughout Southwest Colorado. The food bank distributes food to approximately 12,000 La Plata County residents annually and offers clients the opportunity to self-select items from the pantry to meet their individual and family needs. The organization relies on community support through financial contributions, food donations, and volunteer involvement to advance its mission of providing adequate food while empowering residents without creating dependence.
