Family Medicine Center Food Pantry

The Family Medicine Center Food Pantry, operated by UCHealth in partnership with the Food Bank for Larimer County, has served the Fort Collins community since 2017. The pantry provides free nutritious food including fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, milk, cheese, bread, and other items to individuals and families in need, welcoming both patients and non-patients. Addressing food insecurity as a social determinant of health, the pantry connects nutrition support with healthcare services to help individuals and families struggling with hunger.
