Fort Collins – Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels for Fort Collins is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 1969 dedicated to delivering hot, nutritious meals and social interaction to homebound seniors and adults with disabilities in the Fort Collins and Wellington areas. The organization partners with UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital to prepare meals, serving approximately 300 to 350 clients daily on weekdays through a community-based model that allows them to maximize resources and help more individuals maintain independence in their own homes.
