Senior Feeding Program – Fort Lupton

The Senior Feeding Program serves seniors age 60 and older in Fort Lupton and surrounding areas south of Platteville with monthly food packages including USDA Everyday Eats program items such as milk, fruit, vegetables, juice, and cereal.
