Enfield Food Shelf

Enfield Food Shelf is a nonprofit, volunteer-run 501(c)(3) organization that operates as a choice, grocery-style food pantry serving more than 3,600 individuals annually in Enfield, Connecticut. The organization provides emergency and regular weekly food assistance through a welcoming, accessible model that distributes fresh produce, shelf-stable foods, toiletries, and other basic necessities, delivering the equivalent of more than 864,000 meals each year. Beyond its core pantry services, Enfield Food Shelf administers eight specialized programs addressing the needs of seniors, young families, and unhoused individuals, supported by community donations and a dedicated team of 15 to 25 daily volunteers.
