East Haddam Youth and Family Services Food Bank

The East Haddam Youth and Family Services Food Bank, operated by the nonprofit East Haddam Youth and Family Services organization in Moodus, has been providing food assistance to community members since 1999. This food bank serves income-eligible East Haddam and Moodus residents with grocery items through the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Emergency Food Assistance Program, currently supporting 250 to 300 community members weekly. As part of a larger nonprofit focused on youth and family support services, the food bank accepts both food and financial donations from individuals and community organizations.
