Gemma E. MOran UNited Way Labor Food Center

The Gemma E. Moran United Way/Labor Food Center is a nonprofit food distribution center operated by United Way of Southeastern Connecticut. Since 1988, the facility has served as a key regional food bank, distributing over two million pounds of donated food annually to a network of approximately 96 emergency food programs including pantries, shelters, and community meal sites throughout New London County. The Food Center is one of three food banks in Connecticut and provides food assistance to approximately 20,000 individuals and families each month.
