JSM Family Foundation Food Pantry – Assumption Catholic Church

The John S. Mulholland Family Foundation Food Pantry at Assumption Catholic Church is part of a nonprofit organization founded in 2013 to serve the working poor in Washington, DC's most underserved neighborhoods. Operating as a 501(c)(3) charity, the food pantry provides groceries and clothing distribution to families in need, while the foundation overall supplies nutritious food to nine parish-based food pantries across the District, serving over 1,000 food-insecure families each month. The pantry is staffed entirely by volunteers and works to address food insecurity in Southeast Washington through both donated goods and purchased perishable items.
