For The Love Of Paws Meals on Wheels

For The Love Of Paws is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Fellsmere that provides pet food assistance to seniors, veterans, disabled individuals, and low-income families through its Pet Food Pantry and PAWS Meals on Wheels program. The organization was established in 2015 after discovering that many seniors receiving Meals on Wheels were sharing their food with their pets due to inability to afford pet food. Beyond the food pantry, For The Love Of Paws also provides sanctuary care for pets belonging to seniors who can no longer care for them and distributes thousands of pounds of pet food monthly to area food banks and individual families in need.
