Bread Of The Mighty Food Bank

Bread of the Mighty Food Bank is a nonprofit organization founded in 1987 that collects, sorts, stores, and distributes donated food and basic essentials to over 140 nonprofit partner agencies including food pantries, homeless shelters, and feeding organizations across five North Central Florida counties: Alachua, Dixie, Gilchrist, Lafayette, and Levy. As a partner distribution organization under Feeding America, the food bank works to eliminate food insecurity by ensuring nutritious food reaches those in need through its network of partners and programs like its Food on the Move mobile pantry initiative.
