St. Mary’s Episcopal Church – Mary’s Kitchen
About
Mary's Kitchen is a community meal program operated by St. Mary's Episcopal Church in downtown Stuart, serving homeless individuals and families, the working poor, and elderly residents. Established in October 1994, the program has become a well-known community feeding initiative, with over 100 parishioners volunteering throughout the year and the church designating it as their "flagship outreach ministry." Beyond meals, Mary's Kitchen offers a welcoming atmosphere that includes free clothing, periodic health screenings, and partnerships with local organizations including the Salvation Army, VFW, and Council on Aging.
