Food Bank Of Northeast Georgia

The Food Bank of Northeast Georgia is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1992 that works to address hunger and food insecurity by connecting neighbors with nourishing food across 15 counties in Northeast Georgia through partnerships with more than 230 member organizations. Based in Athens, the organization operates two branches and recently opened a new 63,000-square-foot facility in June 2024, distributing millions of pounds of food annually through its network of human-service agencies, educational institutions, and faith-based organizations that serve the community.
