Sandy Springs Food Pantry

Solidarity Sandy Springs is a community-based food pantry that provides free groceries to address food insecurity in the Sandy Springs area. Founded in March 2020 as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization has grown to serve 750-850 families weekly through a client-choice market-style model featuring fresh produce and other staples, with support from the Atlanta Community Food Bank and other regional partners. The pantry operates as a nonprofit with extensive community involvement, having engaged over 5,000 volunteers since its inception and celebrating its five-year anniversary in 2025.
