Surfing the Nation – Food Distribution

Surfing the Nations is a non-profit organization that operates one of Oahu's most significant food distribution programs, serving tens of thousands of residents annually through multiple locations. Founded in 1997 and established with its Feeding the Hungry program in 1998, the organization has grown from delivering food to seven families to serving 2,500-3,000 people weekly across multiple distribution points. In addition to its community food pantry and regular distributions, Surfing the Nations engages in broader community revitalization efforts while addressing food insecurity among vulnerable populations on the island.
