Post Falls Food Bank

The Post Falls Food Bank is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing hunger relief and food assistance to individuals and families living in poverty in Kootenai County. Founded in 1986 as an outreach of Calvary Lutheran Church and incorporated in 1989, the organization operates a market-style food pantry where guests can select nutritious foods, and also provides emergency food bags and other community support services. Beyond food distribution, the food bank offers assistance with budgeting, housing, mental health, and medical resources, while also sharing surplus food with other nonprofits in the region.
