City of Refuge Ministries

City of Refuge Ministries is a Christian church located in Bloomington, Illinois, founded in 1976 by Andrew and Colleen Bennett with a mission to serve as “a refuge for people who needed it within the city.” Led by Head Pastor William Bennett, the church focuses on meeting the spiritual and physical needs of the community, currently serving around 300 members, and operates from their location at 401 E Jefferson Street in downtown Bloomington.
