Home Sweet Home Ministries

Home Sweet Home Ministries is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at 303 East Oakland Avenue in Bloomington, Illinois, that has served the homeless and hungry since 1917. The organization provides comprehensive services including emergency shelter for men, women, and families with children; meals through a full-service dining center; the Bread for Life Food Co-op to address food insecurity; case management; addiction recovery support; vocational and educational training; and the Bridge shelter village with 48 private cabins. Home Sweet Home Ministries partners with over 70 area churches and remains committed to helping people achieve independence and experience hope through comprehensive, Christ-centered support.
