Salvation Army Safe Harbor

Salvation Army Safe Harbor is a homeless shelter and supportive services facility operated by The Salvation Army in Bloomington, Illinois. Located at 611 W. Washington Street, Safe Harbor provides emergency shelter, meals, case management, job development, mental health counseling, shower and laundry facilities, and other supportive services to homeless adults in the region. The Salvation Army has served the Bloomington-Normal community for over 125 years and relies on community donations and volunteers to fund and operate Safe Harbor, with approximately 35% of funding coming from private contributions.
