West Bloomington Revitalization Project/Tool Library

The Tool Library, part of the West Bloomington Revitalization Project, is a free tool lending program located at 724 W. Washington Street in Bloomington, Illinois that serves any resident over 18 years old in the Bloomington-Normal area. Opened in 2012, the Tool Library empowers residents by providing resources for home repairs and improvements, and has expanded to include a workshop space where members can learn tool usage and complete repair and home improvement projects. The West Bloomington Revitalization Project is a community-focused organization that also operates a bike co-op and offers various other services to support neighborhood residents.
