Blue Cap

Blue Cap is a nonprofit organization established in 1964 and located at 2155 Broadway Street in Blue Island, Illinois, dedicated to serving infants, children, and adults with developmental disabilities through educational, therapeutic, vocational, and residential services across Chicago and over 30 suburban communities. The organization is committed to achieving personal growth and dignity for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families while actively engaging the community through volunteer opportunities and special events.
