Outreach Carol Stream

Outreach Carol Stream is a nonprofit, multi-purpose neighborhood resource center serving residents in southeast Carol Stream since 1986. The organization provides education, mentoring, counseling, youth development, case management, and family services, with programs including academic tutoring, after-school activities, community counseling, and support for older adults and vulnerable populations. Located at 373 S.
