The World’s Largest Wind Chime, created by Jim Bolin of Bolin Enterprises Inc., stands at 109 East Main Street in Casey, Illinois, and holds the official Guinness World Record as the largest wind chime, certified in 2012. Standing 54 feet tall with five metal tubes suspended 49 feet from the ground, the longest chime measuring 42 feet long, this iconic structure was built to boost tourism and support local businesses in the small town of Casey. The wind chime features Christian symbols integrated into its design, and visitors can pull a center rope to make it chime, making it an interactive tourist attraction that has become part of Casey’s “Big Things in a Small Town” initiative.
