Country Fair Shopping Center

Country Fair Shopping Center is a shopping destination located at 229 S Mattis Ave in Champaign, Illinois, featuring over 300,000 square feet of retail space across a 33-acre site. Originally built from 1958 to 1960, it was East Central Illinois’ first open-air shopping mall and was initially anchored by Goldblatt’s Department Store. The center currently houses numerous retail stores and dining options and serves as a major retail hub in West Champaign.
