Friends Of Champaign County Food Pantry

Friends of Champaign County Food Pantry, located at 201 West Kenyon Road in Champaign, Illinois, is a community-based food pantry initiated by the local Muslim community and supported by many organizations and individuals since its founding in February 2016. The pantry provides nutritious food to anyone in need throughout Champaign County, distributing approximately 200,000 pounds of food annually to roughly 125 families per week, with additional fresh produce and bread served to over 250 families weekly. Operating on a shopping-style model with no income restrictions, the organization operates Sundays from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and welcomes everyone in need of assistance.
