Bloom Township Food Pantry

Bloom Township Food Pantry is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit located at 425 South Halsted Street in Chicago Heights, IL, dedicated to reducing hunger in the Bloom Township area. Operating in partnership with the Greater Chicago Food Depository, the pantry provides a monthly distribution of client-choice food items including breakfast foods, canned goods, fresh produce, and frozen meats to residents throughout the Bloom Township communities. The pantry serves residents of Chicago Heights, Flossmoor, Ford Heights, Glenwood, Homewood, Lansing, Lynwood, Olympia Fields, Park Forest, Sauk Village, South Chicago Heights, and Steger, with distributions held Mondays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
