Joined Hands Food Pantry

The Joined Hands Food Pantry is a community ministry serving the Jefferson Park, Portage Park, and Six Corners neighborhoods of Northwest Chicago in partnership with St. John’s Lutheran Church and School and Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church. Operating as a member of the Greater Chicago Food Depository, the pantry distributes groceries and food assistance to approximately 100-120 families weekly, with distribution occurring every Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at their location on the Northwest Side.
