Nourishing Hope – Main Office

Founded in 1970 and formerly known as Lakeview Pantry, Nourishing Hope is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing food insecurity and promoting nutritional wellness in the Chicago metropolitan area. Located at 1716 W. Hubbard Street in the West Town neighborhood, the organization provides food assistance, mental health counseling, and social services including job and housing assistance to low-income residents throughout Chicago. With a reputation as one of the city’s largest and longest-operating food pantries, Nourishing Hope serves nearly 200,000 people annually with millions of meals while operating multiple locations to expand services to underserved communities on the South and West sides.
