Our Lady of Tepeyac Parish – Food Distribution Center

Our Lady of Tepeyac Parish Food Distribution Center, located at 3047 W. Cermak Road in Chicago’s Little Village neighborhood, is a food pantry operated in partnership with the Greater Chicago Food Depository that has been serving the community since 1995. The center distributes groceries and pantry items to residents in zip codes 60608 and 60623, and has expanded significantly over the years to serve an average of 74 people per distribution day while also providing diapers, formula, clothes, and benefit screening assistance.
