St Moses The Black Food Pantry

St. Moses the Black Food Pantry, located at 331 E. 71st St. in Chicago’s Chatham and Greater Grand Crossing neighborhoods, is a faith-based food pantry operated by St. Moses the Black Parish in partnership with the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Originally established as the St. Columbanus Food Pantry in 2004, it now serves over 700 households weekly, distributing fresh produce, meat, dry goods, and clothing totaling more than 2 million pounds annually to address food insecurity in the community.
