The Ark

The Ark is a nonprofit human services organization serving the Jewish community of Chicagoland since 1971, with locations in Chicago’s West Rogers Park neighborhood and Northbrook. The organization provides free comprehensive services including case management, financial counseling, job coaching, health services, emergency food assistance, housing solutions, and spiritual enrichment to help individuals and families facing adversity achieve self-reliance. The Ark serves approximately 4,000 to 5,000 clients annually and recently expanded its West Rogers Park facility to include an enlarged kosher food pantry, relocated pharmacy, expanded community space, and dedicated areas for medical care including dental, dermatology, and mental health services.
