Faith in Action

Faith in Action of Vermilion County is a nonprofit organization located in Danville, Illinois that provides spiritual, emotional, and physical assistance to seniors ages 55 and above through a network of trained volunteers from the community. The organization operates with a “neighbors helping neighbors” approach, offering services including transportation to medical appointments, home visiting, phone visits, minor home repairs, and volunteer wheelchair ramp construction, while also conducting preventative health screenings for seniors to help them maintain dignity and independence.
