Deerfield Free Store

The Deerfield Free Store is a community charity that assists recently arrived refugees and asylum seekers in establishing their homes by providing free household goods, furniture, and clothing. Located at 720 Elder Lane in Deerfield, Illinois in partnership with Holy Cross Catholic Church, the organization operates as an interfaith community initiative dedicated to helping newcomers from Afghanistan, Ukraine, Russia, Syria, and other countries transition to their new lives. All donated items are provided by generous community donors, and the Free Store welcomes volunteers and accepts donations from local residents seeking to support refugee families in the area.
