The Oasis

The Oasis is a free outreach center located at 1925 13th Street in East Moline, Illinois, operated by Faith Walk World Outreach Center. Founded by Pastor Scott Culley, the center has been providing free clothing, furniture, household items, and other necessities to community members in need for over 14 years, serving approximately 300 people every weekend. The volunteer-led organization relies on donations and operates on Fridays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
