Catholic Urban Programs

Catholic Urban Programs is a nonprofit organization serving the Diocese of Belleville with a concentration on East St. Louis and St. Clair County. The organization provides comprehensive social services including housing assistance, homeless prevention, emergency shelter through Holy Angels, food pantry services via HUB Foods, youth programming, and crisis intervention, guided by Catholic Social teaching principles to help individuals and families achieve self-sufficiency.
