CDBG Family Living Center

CDBG Family Living Center, established in 2000 and operated by CDBG Operations Corporation, is a nonprofit transitional housing facility located at 510 North 25th Street in East St. Louis, Illinois. The 14-unit facility provides housing and comprehensive supportive services to homeless families, including life skills training, parenting classes, education resources, budgeting assistance, and legal aid, with the goal of helping families achieve self-sufficiency within an 18-24 month period. Since opening in April 2000, the center has assisted 74 unduplicated families, with 46 successfully transitioning into permanent housing.
