Glen-Ed Pantry

Glen-Ed Pantry is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 1980 that provides essential food services and community programs to residents of Edwardsville School District #7, which includes Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, and surrounding communities. Located at 125 5th Avenue in Edwardsville, Illinois, the organization is staffed by more than 500 volunteers annually and serves approximately 200 families each month, funded through community donations of cash, food, and supplies as well as grants. Glen-Ed Pantry also operates the Second Chance Thrift Store, with all proceeds supporting the pantry’s mission to address food insecurity in the area.
